Privacy Policy & Text Message Terms

This page explains what information I collect on soldbychance.com, how I use it, and how to stop hearing from me. The short version: I use your info to send what you asked for and to help you with real estate. I never sell it.

What I collect

• What you type into a form: your first name, email address and phone number (phone is optional).
• Basic website data: like most websites, my site platform may record things like your browser type, pages visited and general location, using cookies or similar tools.

How I use it

• To send you the free guide you asked for.
• To follow up by email, phone call or text with tips, new listings and real estate help.
• To answer your questions and help you buy or sell a home.
• To improve my website and guides.

Who I share it with

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I only share it:

• With the services that run my website, email and texting (for example, Systeme.io), only so they can do that work for me.
• With a lender, inspector or other professional only if you ask me to connect you.
• With my brokerage when needed for a real estate transaction, or when the law requires it.

Text message terms

• If you give me your phone number on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Chance Crozier about real estate, which may be sent using automated technology.
• Giving your phone number is optional and is never required to get a guide or work with me.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call or text 248-956-6848.
• Your phone number and text consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will stop getting my marketing emails.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you at any time. Just email or call me using the contact info below.

Security

I use reputable services to store your information and take reasonable steps to protect it. No website is 100% secure, so please don’t send sensitive information like Social Security or bank numbers through my forms.

Age requirement

My site and guides are meant for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit your information. If I learn that I have collected information from someone under 18, I will delete it.

Changes

If I update this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.
